The work began where most renovations start over: behind the walls. The owners came to us after another contractor had walked away. Floor joists were exposed. Plumbing was half-routed. The drywall was off.
We assessed what was there, documented every system, made it right, and closed it up. Project rescue is some of the most challenging work we do — and some of the most rewarding. Owners get the house they were promised.
It's also the work that taught us, over the years, the most about how houses are actually put together. That knowledge informs everything we build new.
